The platform caters to event attendees seeking innovation and organizers desiring control. Hi Volts not only modernizes ticketing, but also pioneers a future where technology enhances transparency and enjoyment in live events, setting a new standard for the industry.

This lack of personalisation means, users receive generic recommendations and notifications that often do not align with their tastes or event attendance history. Consequently, users may feel disconnected and less inclined to engage with the app, leading to lower user retention and satisfaction.
